Sarah was recommended to me when I needed clarity on what I wanted to do next in my career. Each time I met with Sarah I completed exercises that reviewed my past roles, where I wanted to go and how I would get there.

My favourite exercise was "when I was at my best" reflecting on past roles, projects and personal achievements. During this exercise I reflected on my environment, how I was feeling at the time and what I achieved. It gave me the clarity to realise what I wanted to do next and what I had achieved so far.

Sarah encouraged me to look at my career in a more optimistic way and after each session, I came away feeling positive and wanting to make the necessary changes for my next role.
