I really enjoyed working with Sarah. She helped me to step back and obtain clarity and perspective on what I had achieved in my career and the resultant value gained, both by employers and myself.

She then helped me appreciate that it was time to focus on my own aspirations for the future and that it was within my power to realise them. I am now approaching life in more considered way, acting in line with my own priorities.
