Coaching with Sarah has been so valuable. I saw Sarah a while after leaving my job due to burnout. I was feeling very stuck / lost for what to do and was ready to give up on my career.

My sessions with Sarah helped me to put things in perspective, helped me understand myself and my career choices, and helped me rediscover that spark of passion for my career which had been lost. I now have an action plan for the next year which includes some areas of passion that I have never really felt able or confident to take forward, and some tools to help me along.

Most importantly, Sarah has helped to move me out of that horrible stuck place and I feel energised again. I would definitely recommend Sarah – she has a lovely manner, empathic and understanding whilst also being able to join dots and make connections in helpful ways.
