I didn't feel energised by my chosen career any longer and I was generally a bit stuck. Not entirely sure whether to continue climbing up or changing what I do altogether.

It has provided me with clarity and a mid to long term plan of what I need to do and when. I can't change things overnight but coaching allowed me to see beyond the next six months and look at what I want to do five and even ten years down the line.

I would say to try it. I wasn't sure that it was for me but it has made me think about my career and my future in a different way. I am much more positive about my future career path after our sessions. 

Yes definitely. Her approach was just right for me - Sarah was pragmatic and practical whilst at the same time being very warm and personable. I really benefitted from speaking to someone not involved in my organisation or my line of work and obtaining an entirely external perspective.
