"I found Sarah on LinkedIn and her posts really chimed with what I was experiencing. When we had an initial conversation, I came away feeling relieved that there was someone out there who could help me.

I could really see how Sarah's programme would get me from where I was - stuck in a rut and no idea how to get out – to where I wanted to be – in a new career path with a job that fulfilled me.

Before I started to work with Sarah, I was feeling pretty low, to be honest. I wanted things to change but I could only see myself getting jobs that I’d already done in the past. I couldn’t see how I could convince anyone to take me on based on

transferrable skills. Plus I knew I wanted to work in a company with a social mission but couldn’t find a way to make my experience into something they’d value and someone they’d employ.

When I started working with Sarah, we slowly worked through each stage of her programme. I wanted to skip the first bit on values but actually it was fundamental in helping me understand my worth and what I could do for a company. Sarah also brought loads of ideas to the table, which opened my eyes to roles I never knew existed and we worked out exactly how I could apply my experience to them. It was a huge eye-opener for me. I would never have found those roles and expanded my thinking.

The biggest thing I learned when working with Sarah was that change is possible if you really clarify what you’re looking for and then go after it in a systematic way. It took courage to put myself out there but with Sarah’s support it didn’t seem such a big leap.

After working with Sarah, I felt revitalised, enthusiastic and full of belief that I could change the direction of my career. I would absolutely recommend working with Sarah; it can literally change your life. I am now in my dream job in my dream company.  She helped me work out what that dream was and find a way to get it.
